Process:  Two-block reduction, 6 printings, one block for the cacti; another for the flowers
Image:     These type of cacti bloom for about two days in just the perfect conditions; the cacti leaves can swell up with water after a rain storm or wither away in the heat of the dry summer months. The blooms then give way, in some species, to prickly pear fruits.
