Process: Woodcut based on a former charcoal drawing. I ran the drawing scan through Photoshop and applied a "mapping" filter.
Then I transferred the drawing to the block and cut as usual.
Image:    The initial image was merely an exercise for a class: a figure against a close background. I chose the railroad tracks, I'm sure there's
plenty Freudian about that, but the explanation eludes me.
